About Me
A Sydney-based movement instructor specialising in Pilates, with a growing practice in yoga and sound healing.
My approach is centred around helping you build strength, improve body awareness, and move with intention. I create sessions that are supportive, considered, and gently challenging — so you can progress in a way that feels both sustainable and empowering.
With a background in Reformer and Mat Pilates, and ongoing training in yoga and sound healing, I take a holistic approach to movement — supporting not just how you move, but how you feel.
